EU Will Fund Renovation of Romanian-Based Constanta Casino
The famous Casino in Constanta, Romania, is still a point of attraction for tourists who come to visit the city, despite the fact that it is not functional at this point in time. This is a consequence of the fact that it has a quite troubled history, for it was owned by various investors or by the state ministry during the last years, and none of them succeeded to restore it.
The landmark of the Constanta city, which encompasses Mamaia, a seaside resort that currently offers endless entertaining opportunities like luxurious night clubs or restaurants, along with lovely beaches, will be renovated using 10 million euro granted by the European Union. In the past years, the Casino went from being owned by foreign investors to being administrated by the town hall. After nobody succeeded in passing the venue under their authority, the EU decided to grant the money so that the “pearl of Constanta” could become open for business once again.
This gambling establishment used to attract many tourists who visited the city in the past, for it has a marvelous architecture and offers a great view of the Black Sea due to being placed on the seashore. This information can be the start of a set of good news for the gambling industry of Romania, which could offer operators the opportunity to open an online casino soon.
