New Jersey Online Gaming Sites to Generate 370 Million USD by 2018
Entrepreneurs who are interested in white label casino games should know that a recent report by H2 Gambling Capital has revealed that New Jersey gaming sites could generate as much as $370 million by 2018.
Analysts said that even though online gaming in New Jersey did not increase as much as expected yet, the market is about to stabilize in the near term. More than that, the land-based casino industry in the country is also expected to make a comeback in the near future.
Thus, operators who purchase white label casino games could be part of an industry where total gambling revenue for the land-based and online casino industry altogether could increase from $4.2 billion in 2013 to $4.4 billion by 2018.
At this point in time, commercial casino gaming is the most popular form of gambling in New Jersey (69 percent of gross gaming revenue), followed by lottery games (28 percent) and horse race betting (2 percent).
More than that, New Jersey residents who play white label casino games are expected to spend more during the following years. Like so, spend per adult player could increase to high double digits by 2018, from low double digits at this moment. Even so, considering that various structural changes in the range products will be made, spend per adult might decrease.
Besides the regulated land-based and online gaming industry in New Jersey, the strong, unlicensed market generates significant revenue, and does not contribute to the state coffers.
