Oasis Poker is a game similar to 5-card stud poker. However, it is played against the house rather than other players. According to the basic rules both the player and the dealer receive five cards, but unlike the player's cards dealt face-up, the dealer receives 4 cards face-down and only one card is dealt face-up. Once the cards are dealt, the player is free to choose whether to abandon the game losing the initial bet, change some of his cards or continue playing by placing an additional bet. The winner is determined upon revealing the cards.
The objective of Oasis Poker is to beat the dealer's hand by receiving a higher poker hand.
Oasis Poker is played with a standard 52-card deck. Cards are shuffled after each round.
The individual cards are ranked in the following descending order: Ace (high or low), King, Queen, Jack, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3 and 2. The Ace can be the highest-value card in a straight of A, K, Q, J, 10, or the lowest-value card in a straight of 5, 4, 3, 2, A.

Play begins by placing an Ante bet.
Click DEAL. You are dealt 5 cards face down while the dealer is dealt 4 cards face down and 1 card face up. You need to evaluate your hand and decide on one of two options:
Fold - by clicking FOLD you lose all bets placed. The game is over.
Switch - by clicking SWITCH, you continue to select which cards you want to replace. The price for switching depends on the number of cards switched, as follows:
One card: 1x the Ante.
Two cards: 2x the Ante.
Three cards: 3x the Ante.
Four cards: 2x the Ante.
Five cards: 1x the Ante.
Click SWITCH again to confirm your action.
If you switch Five cards, you will no longer be able to Fold, so you will be forced to Raise, therefore you will also be taxed an additional Raise amount (equal to 2x Ante) and the game will end. If you switch 0,1,2,3 or 4 cards, you can then Fold or Raise.
Raise - by clicking RAISE you continue playing and place an additional bet that equals twice your Ante bet. The dealer's cards are revealed. Both hands are evaluated.
Fold - by clicking FOLD, you forfeit all your bets and the game will end.
The dealer's hand must contain at least an Ace or King to qualify.
If the dealer does not qualify, the Ante bet is paid 1:1, while the Raise bet is returned to you.
If the dealer qualifies the dealer's and the player's hands are compared:
If your hand is lower than the dealer's, you lose both the Ante and the Raise bets.
If the dealer's hand ties with your hand, both the Ante and the Raise bets are returned.
If your hand beats the Dealer's, then the Ante bet is paid 1:1 and the Raise bet is paid according to the paytable listed below.
Royal Flush 100:1
Straight Flush 50:1
Four of a Kind 20:1
Full House 7:1
Three of a Kind 3:1
Two Pair 2:1
One Pair 1:1
