This mode means that all games that offer jackpot will share the same jackpot pools. The jackpot will not be progressive, but it will be fixed. EG: if jackpot is 2000$ and an user wins it, then it will remain at 2000$ and never change its value upon being won. The jackpot also does NOT increase when a bet is placed. CODENAME:GLOBALJP7
